Meet Geoffrey
Hi, I'm Geoffrey W. Fulton: Your real estate knight, performer with The National Ballet of Canada, King West aficionado, and lover of all things Harbourfront! I’m also an avid photographer — you’ll see plenty of my own work sprinkled throughout my website.
That might be a lot to take in — that’s why I consider myself a bit of a Renaissance man! I’m deeply passionate about many things and love sharing my insights and interests with my clients. But hey, I’m getting a bit ahead of myself. Let’s start at the beginning…
I started my career by earning a Bachelor of Commerce and Marketing from McMaster University. Textbooks are one thing, but what laid the foundation for me becoming one of the top REALTORS® in Toronto was the practical education I received right after university.
For 12 years (that’s equal to about three degrees, right?) I worked with W. Taylor Echlin in the investment world. He’s one of the finest money managers in the country.
Just imagine him as the Mr. Rogers of the investment industry, always doing the right thing for his clients. I learned that from him, and have led my business by that motto for 20 years and counting.
It Started With a Castle…
Condos and Castles, that is! The first real estate company I worked for. As a lover of all things Medieval (including castles, knights, and calligraphy) I was instantly drawn to the name. I was just crossing over into the industry from the investment world when I met Paul, the Broker/Owner of Condos and Castles, and I was lucky enough to be his first hire.
Although I’ve been with Keller Williams Urban Referred Realty for years now, I owe a huge thanks to Paul for helping me become the REALTOR® I am today.
On The Ice, Stage, and More…
I was once ranked seventh in the country in the sport of Ice Dancing — and I have the spandex to prove it! I’ve always had a competitive nature and strived for more; it’s in my DNA. It’s also translated into practical purposes, driving my determination to achieve the best possible results for my clients.
Over my 20-year real estate career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some very high-profile executives and athletes, including four Stanley Cup champions, Blue Jays, Raptors, Maple Leafs, and principal dancers of The National Ballet of Canada. I’ve found that when you surround yourself with champions, you often become one!
A lot of these connections happen naturally, as I’m a season ticket holder for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and am highly involved in The National Ballet of Canada. I’m a member of The Patron’s Council, and a percentage of my earnings go directly back to the art form.

When I’m not selling your Toronto castle at a record price, you may find me in 14th-century Verona, guarding the Capulet home in The National Ballet of Canada’s “Romeo and Juliet”! From time to time, I’ve had the extreme pleasure of performing Supernumerary roles like this and have travelled with the Company to both Ottawa and Washington.

I lived in the same 758 square foot condo on the water for 16 years before making the move up to the 2,500 square foot penthouse that I call The Castle in The Sky. I’ve enjoyed living on the water for 20 years now — there’s no one that knows Harbourfront better!
When I’m not enjoying my terrace, I’m likely out exploring the waterfront or over on the island riding my bike, “The G-Rumble”, which was specifically made for me by one of my friends from Hollywood.
I’m ranked in the top 25 of all 3,690 Keller Williams agents in Canada.
I’m one of two REALTORS® out of 55,000 that has my full Canadian Global Mobility Professional Designation, which gives me a specialization in relocation.
My office is the #1 Keller Williams brokerage in the country.
